- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 and 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 8 oz butter, softened
- 1 and 1/2 cups of packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups walnuts
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugars till fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Add flour mixture all at once and blend until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten. Bake at 325 for 14-16 min until golden. Makes lots of yummy cookies!
